Hi! i'm Xeapher, i'm a self taught artist. i've been experience in digital drawing since 2011 and already do commissions since 2015.The drawing tools i used :
-Clip Studio Paint PRO
-Live2D Cubism Editor 4.1 PRO Ver.
-Wacom Cintiq 13 HDBeside doing my job as an Artist, i also a virtual youtuber that make a drawing tutorial content on YouTube and did gaming livestream on Twitch! i also only take 1-3 illustration commissions and 1 live2d commission each months (人ゝω・）

TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ By Commissioning me, you agree to the following ✦

All commissions are non-refundable, unless I haven't started on the commission yet.
I have the rights to decline anything that I do not feel comfortable in doing.
I have the rights to stream the commission on twitch. Private commission will have +20% fee for illustration and +10% fee for Live2D and I will not stream the commission process.
My works is for personal / private / individual use only. Commercial use and company commission will have +50% of the total price.
As the artists I still maintain all and absolute rights to My works (publishing on our socials, portfolios, artbooks).
No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I made without permission.

PROCESS & PAYMENT

Full Payment must be sent after sketch approval. If there’s no payment made, i’ll not continue the commission.
Revision max once in the sketch phase, extra revision cost 10 USD / revision.
Payment can be made via PayPal Invoice and Local Banks (BCA)
Rate for IDR Payment is x 12.500.
Commission's completion for illustration is 7~10 days, for Live2D Model 3~5 Weeks, and for Live2D rigging 2~3 Weeks
